- I just got engaged, what’s the next step?
- Congratulations! You’ll first want to secure your venue location and date, especially for summer weddings. Next, reserve your wedding caterer and photographer early, as top vendors fill their schedules years in advance. As the exclusive caterer for several Lethbridge wedding venues, we’re here to make the planning process seamless!
- When will I need to confirm the final head count?
- We understand the guest list is often subject to change. To ensure we can provide the best wedding catering service and accommodate all your guests, we recommend providing us with an estimate of your guest list when booking and we’ll ask for a final headcount 2 weeks prior to your wedding.
- Do I get to try the food?
- Yes! We offer tastings for weddings so you can sample our dishes and ensure your menu is exactly how you envision it. It’s a great opportunity to fine-tune the details and feel confident about your choices.
- We have a specific menu in mind, can we have a custom menu?
- Absolutely! We’re happy to work with you to create a custom menu that fits your vision, theme, and dietary preferences. Let us know what you have in mind, and we’ll make it happen!
- I have a vision I saw on Pinterest, can you accommodate that?
- Yes! Through our partnership with Lethbridge Event Rentals, we can help bring your Pinterest-worthy vision to life.
- I have people coming from out of town. do you recommend any hotels or places to stay?
- We recommend the Coast Lethbridge Hotel & Conference Centre for your out-of-town guests. Not only does it offer comfortable accommodations and a convenient location, but it’s also a popular venue for weddings, making it a great choice if you’re considering hosting your celebration there.
- Can we have custom drinks?

- We’re having our wedding at a private location, can you still cater it?
- Yes! We offer off-site wedding catering and can bring our services to your private location. We’ll work with you to ensure everything runs smoothly, no matter where your celebration takes place.
- Do you provide tableware and linens?
- When you choose our full-service catering for your event, you will receive all the tableware and linens for your event! If anything extra is needed, Lethbridge Event Rentals will likely have what you need.
